Welcome to Burchfield Village Patio Homes Association. We are a private community consisting of 82 Patio Homes located off Union Road in the Town of West Seneca, New York. We are guided by a Board of Directors consisting of five homeowner members.  The  Board of Directors set policy and govern through a process outlined in the Declaration and By-Laws of the Association.
